  1. Cloudflare: cd cloud/workers/sourcea-site-pulse-v1 && npx wrangler secret put FOUNDER_PULSE_KEY (pick a long random string)
  2. Optional email alerts: npx wrangler secret put RESEND_API_KEY — paste API key from resend.com/api-keys
  3. Paste the same founder key below → inbox + stats appear
